Which file formats are supported?
UniFab currently supports importing video files (such as MP4, MKV, MOV) and .srt subtitle files. The export format is limited to .srt only.
How many languages are supported?
We support over 30 subtitle languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean, meeting multilingual subtitle needs.
What are Normal Mode and Background Export Mode?
- Normal Mode: Tasks enter the processing queue immediately after initiation, consuming 1 credit per minute.
- Background Export Mode: Tasks enter the queue only when the server is idle, suitable for non-urgent jobs, consuming 0.7 credits per minute.
Credit consumption rules
- Credits are consumed based on video length: durations over 30 seconds are rounded up; under 30 seconds are rounded down.
- Background Export Mode may result in fractional credits; the final credit consumption is rounded to the nearest whole number.
- Credits are only consumed after a task completes successfully. If a task fails, no credits are consumed, and you can re-upload the video for processing.
What is the validity period for yearly and monthly subscription credits?
Regardless of choosing yearly or monthly subscriptions, credits are billed monthly, issued and expire in the same month, with unused credits not rolling over to the next month.
How to purchase credits after running out?
You can buy AI subtitle credit packages in the Member Center at $30 per 1000 credits. Only users subscribed to UniFab online services can purchase. Credits are valid for 6 months. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher subscription plan.
How to cancel a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through the Member Center. After cancellation, remaining credits for the current month can still be used, but the subscription will not auto-renew or charge for the next month.
