¶ 1.4.1 How to Purchase Our Products
The only legal way to obtain UniFab is through our official website.
- 01 To make a purchase, click “Buy Now” on the product page or visit the Member Center’s “Special Offer” section. (Note: The best discount is automatically applied at checkout, and prices across the website are consistent, ensuring the maximum discount is displayed and applied for you.)
- 02 Enter Your Personal Information as Required
- 03 Proceed to Checkout
- 04 After purchase is completed, you'll receive an email notification with detailed instructions on activation and authorization for the software.

¶ 1.4.2 About Subscription/Lifetime/License
Subscription Plan
If you opt for the 1-Year subscription plan, it will automatically renew for the next billing period. This means that you will be charged periodically for continued access to the product. However, you will also have the flexibility to manage your subscription at any time through the Member Center.
Lifetime License
If you purchase the lifetime license, you will be able to continue receiving updates and support for the product at no additional charge. This means that you will have access to all future versions and improvements without having to pay for them separately.
Note: After purchasing the AIO, you will have lifetime access to all the products included in the package at the time of purchase, along with all future updates and improvements. Moreover, you'll receive a 20% discount on any new products released afterward.
Single-Computer License
A Single-Computer License is allowed for using on only one computer. However, there are circumstances when you might need to use UniFab on two or more computers. To address this matter, we offer you the option to buy Multi-Computer License that contains multiple authorizations to authorize your UniFab on multiple computers.
- To buy Multi-Computer License, please log into Member Center.
- The validity of the Multi-Computer License stays same as the validity of your original license;
- A new computer can be authorized anytime via UniFab client, and conversely, an authorized computer can also be deauthorized anytime.
- If you need to deauthorize a computer that you can no longer access, you need to deauthorize all computers at UniFab Member Center. However, you can only do that once per year.
Multi-Computer License
A Multi-User License provides an inexpensive way for home, businesses, schools, universities or other work groups to supply their personnel with our software in a cost efficient manner.
- When buying Multi-Computer License, be clear which platform you want to buy for. You cannot buy Multi-Computer License for macOS if your original license is for Windows platform, vice versa.

¶ 1.4.3 Upgrade to UniFab All-In-One
- If you’ve previously purchased products from DVDFab, StreamFab, PlayerFab, MusicFab, or UniFab, you’re eligible for a discount when upgrading to UniFab All-In-One.
- If you already own UniFab All-In-One, you’ll receive a minimum of 20% off any new products released in the future.

¶ 1.4.4 Refund Policy
UniFab provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for yearly subscription plans and lifetime plans. Please note that refunds will only be granted under certain specific conditions.
Accepted Cases
We accept refunds or exchanges in these cases:
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, you can receive a refund for the duplicate product.
- Wrong Product Purchase: If you purchased the wrong product and subsequently purchased the correct product within the refund period, the wrong purchase is eligible for a refund.
- Technical Issues: If the purchased product is unusable due to technical issues, and you contacted our support team but the problem wasn't resolved within the refund period, you are eligible for a refund.
- Subscription Billing Errors: For subscription plans, if you canceled your subscription before the renewal date but were still charged, you are eligible for a refund of the erroneous charge.
Unaccepted Cases
We do not accept refund requests or products exchange in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind after purchase.
- Expired Refund Period: Refunds are not granted if the purchase (including renewals) is beyond the refund period.
- Wrong Product Purchase Without Correct Purchase: Refunds are not granted if you purchased the wrong product and did not buy the correct product within the refund period.
- Product Misunderstanding: Refunds are not available if you did not read the product description and daily limits carefully, or did not try the product before purchase, resulting in dissatisfaction with its functionality or compatibility.
- Subscription Renewal Claims: Refunds are not granted if you claim you did not make the purchase but the order is an automatic renewal.
- Regional Price Differences: Refunds are not granted based on price differences between different regions and suppliers.
- Unresolved Issues Due to Lack of Cooperation: Refunds are not granted if the product becomes unusable due to issues that arise from your refusal to provide necessary information or cooperate with our technical support team.
